Dr Shivani Gour General Secretary of Delhi ISAR said Surrogacy IVF is under debate now a day’s approximately 5 percent of women who fail routine treatment need surrogacy to get pregnant.  In Delhi it is because women are having children late after 35 years so the egg quality is poor. Female Infertility and Infertility Treatment Options

Female infertility means being not bale to conceive due to internal issues. These problems can vary from one female to the other but needs to be diagnosed at the right time. Once complete diagnosis is done, things get clear and the correct treatment can be started to overcome infertility. Though in most of the cases the reason is known but in some it is difficult to reach any conclusion. This is called as unexplained infertility wherein despite the different tests; the experts are not able to make any conclusion.

But how one will know whether they are suffering from any kind of infertility or not. There are a number of tests done for the same and this is the best way to reach closer to the conclusion. Some of the necessary tests for the female infertility are:-

  • Ovulation testing
  • Hysterosalpingography
  • Ovarian reserve testing
  • Imaging tests
  • Hormone testing
  • Genetic testing

These are some of the common tests which a female has to go through. Physical examination is also done to find out the root cause of the infertility. When the experts come to know about the issue, the treatment can be done.

How to treat female infertility?

Depending on the kind of infertility the woman is going through, its treatment will be based on the same. In a few cases it is seen that medications are enough to get rid of the problem. This is a very first thing that the doctors start with. If in case the medications do not show their results, then there are alternate treatments too. One of them is IVF which really does wonders for such females.

In case of IVF the eggs of the female and male are retrieved and taken into a petri dish. Then they are allowed to fuse in a lab under the right conditions. Once the embryo is formed, it is placed back into the uterus so that it can now grow naturally. Usually one or more embryos are transplanted into the body to ensure that at least one of them is conceived. This is how the process of IVF goes about.

An important consideration is regarding the choice of the IVF clinic as it can make a big difference. It will be a good idea if you can carry out proper research, check out the reviews and accordingly see which clinic is able to provide the top quality services and complete assistance. IVF is a tough but delicate process and has to be conducted properly. One cycle of IVF is quite an expensive one and therefore no one will want to take a chance. Therefore it will be good to make your choice based on the experiences of the people or their recommendations.

So if you too are one of the females who are going through infertility, it is high time to get in touch with an infertility expert and seek their guidance. They will make sure that the best treatment is advised to you and that one comes out of the same and gets blessed with a baby soon.

Acne-free Diet, 10 Foods to Help You Get Rid of the Skin Condition

Diet for acne free skin: A balanced diet is the solution to control acne breakouts. Here are 10 foods that will help you get rid of it.

Acne-free dietAre you facing acne trouble? A balanced diet along with a healthy lifestyle can help you cure it, say experts. Preeti Seth, Cosmetologist, Pachouli Wellness Clinic, Delhi, and Prabhu Mishra, senior cosmetologist, SCI International Hospital, Delhi, tell you about the best foods to keep acne at bay:

  1. Brown rice: Brown rice is a rich source of vitamin B, protein, magnesium, and several antioxidants. For acne, vitamin B acts as our skin’s stress fighter, which will help regulate hormones levels and prevent the likelihood of breakouts.
  2. Fennel: If you are looking for a natural skin cleanser, eat fennel. This licorice-tasting root vegetable can improve digestion, reduce swelling and flush out excess fluids and toxins from your skin.
  3. Garlic: Garlic is another superfood that helps fight inflammation. Garlic is full of a naturally occurring chemical called allicin, which kills off harmful bacteria and viruses that your body might be fighting, so it’s proven to be good for reducing inflammation in acne.
  4. Alfalfa sprouts: It looks like grass, but these sprouts are packed with valuable, skin-clearing nutrients. Alfalfa sprouts contain live enzymes which fight inflammation.
  5. Broccoli: It is the perfect skin-clearing food. Broccoli contains vitamins A, B complex, C, E, and K. These antioxidants fight radical damage and make your skin glow.
  6. Fish: Known to be a good source of omega-3 and 6-fatty acids, fish is excellent for acne-prone skin. These acids reduce inflammation in the skin. Sardine and salmon are also good for skin.
  7. Nuts: Deficiencies in minerals, such as zinc and selenium, have been linked to acne. Most nuts contain selenium, vitamin E, copper, magnesium, manganese, potassium, calcium and iron, which are essential for healthy skin.
  8. Green tea: Many studies show that green tea helps fight acne. Drink more green tea throughout the day, and try applying cool tea bags or a cloth dipped in cool green tea to acne-prone areas of your face for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Red grapes: The fruit and seed contain powerful natural chemicals and antioxidants that have been shown to treat inflammatory skin conditions, such as psoriasis and eczema. On top of this, grapes can also help to control the side effects of allergic reactions on skin.
  10. Foods rich in vitamin A and carotenoids: Carotenoids are used in anti-inflammatory drugs for treatment for acne. Rich sources of carotenoids include carrot juice, carrots, spinach, kale, cantaloupe, vegetable soup, mangoes, papaya, instant fortified oatmeal, frozen peas and tomato juice. Fresh and canned peaches and red bell peppers provide modest amounts of carotenoid.
